Do you offer free shipping?

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery on our carrier's website. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at sales@bebuz.co.uk.
What if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at sales@bebuz.co.uk and we'll investigate promptly. We recommend waiting one extra business day beyond the estimate before getting in touch, as deliveries are occasionally delayed by the carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide! Whether you're in Europe, North America, Australia, or anywhere else, we can get your order to you. Shipping costs and times are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our base in East Sussex, UK.

What products does BeBuz sell?

Can I personalise or customise a product?
Absolutely, personalisation is at the heart of what we do! You can add your own name, photo, or custom text to many of our products. Simply select the product you'd like and follow the customisation options on the product page. Our 'Design Your Own' collection is made specifically for creating fully bespoke items.
What sizes are your T-shirts available in?
Our unisex T-shirts are available in Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, and XX-Large. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page for exact measurements. For a more relaxed fit, we suggest sizing up.
What colours are available for T-shirts?
Our T-shirts come in a wide range of colours including White, Black, Navy, Forest Green, Purple, Red, Pink, and Gray. Availability may vary by design, check the colour selector on each product page.
What are the aprons made from?
Our aprons are made from 100% high-quality waterproof polyester, thicker than standard polyester for more durable, comfortable wear. They measure approximately 24 inches wide and 32 inches top to bottom, feature a double front pocket and an adjustable neck tie with buckle, and are fully machine washable.
How do I care for my printed garments?
To keep your prints looking vibrant for longer:
• Wash inside out on a cool or warm cycle (30–40°C)
• Avoid tumble drying at high heat
• Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals
• Do not iron directly over the printed area
What printing method do you use?
We use Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing, which use vegan ink for reduced water and energy consumption. Products are only printed when ordered, our print-on-demand model means every item is made fresh for you with zero overproduction.

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return and exchange programme on standard (non-personalised) items. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll be happy to help. Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for a return.
Can I return a personalised or custom-printed item?
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised or custom-printed items, as these are made specifically to your specifications. However, if we have made an error with your order, wrong text, wrong design, or a print fault, please contact us immediately and we will correct the mistake at no additional cost to you.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Yes, we accept change-of-mind returns on non-personalised items, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us at sales@bebuz.co.uk as soon as possible with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, get in touch via email at sales@bebuz.co.uk or through our contact form at bebuz.co.uk/pages/contact. Please include your order number and reason for the return. Our customer service team typically replies within 3–4 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as quickly as possible — ideally before it is dispatched. Email us at sales@bebuz.co.uk or send a message via our social media. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
