All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM UK time may be dispatched the next working day.
Courier: Royal Mail. A tracking number is sent by email once dispatched.

30-day return policy for unused, non-personalised items in original condition with tags attached.
Personalised and custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If your item is faulty or incorrect, contact sales@bebuz.co.uk within 30 days — return shipping is covered and a replacement or full refund will be offered.
Change of mind returns accepted for unused, non-personalised items within 30 days — return postage is the customer's responsibility.
