This was a particularly difficult transaction because Etsy could not resolve a communication issue with my account.
The seller was BRILLIANT despite being unaware of me not being able to reply to their messages. Many attempts were made by the seller for me to confirm the template of my order. I became fearful that the order would be delayed as it was urgently needed for a cheer squad for this weekends london marathon. I am so very thankful to the seller for proceeding with the order and it arrived yesterday. The items were superbly packaged in a very sturdy outer box. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of the T-shirts in such a wide range of sizes - aged 2years right up to adult xl. Thank you so much.
ETSY - please get your act together !!
